-Focus on distance for burpee broad jump, don’t cheat yourself
-KB DL’s: Heavy
-Sled Push- As heavy as possible
-Scale 400 Meter Run to a 2 Minute Run (wear a watch, try to be consistent with distance)
-Choose Either Bike (This is the 1 Mile Run Sub due to the heat!!)
