Gretna'S BEST FITNESS PROGRAMS

TAILORED TO MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE!

CROSSFIT
A 60 minute group functional fitness class led by one out our expert coaches. Classes include a full warm-up, movement instruction, skill development, a fun workout, and a cool down.
Ignite
This class is structured differently from our CrossFit classes with the primary focus being cardio workouts. The Perfect candidate for Ignite is anyone interested in burning calories and building strength without the use of complex barbell movements.
Endurance
Our endurance program is designed to improve aerobic capacity and help you build a bigger engine!
Nutrition
We utilize the In Body Scanner for tracking progress and give you custom macros or meal plans to help reach your goals.
Kid's Krewe and Childcare
During the Summer, we offer a training program that is specifically designed for kids to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. We also have childcare included with your membership at CCC. Offered Monday-Friday from 4:30-6:30 PM.
Additional Services
We have multiple programs over at Crescent City CrossFit including yoga, our 6-week challenge, turn and burn, and fundamentals for beginners.
Physical Therapy
Aches and pains are a part of life but shouldn’t stand in the way of your lifestyle and your training. With the convenience of a Doctor of Physical Therapy available on site, you’re able stomp out minor aches and injuries before they become larger ones.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
