-Try to work with a mix of body weight and machines while maintaining a low heart rate. The burpees will will likely be the hardest movement to do this with;
– For the machines, settle in and focus on your myzone or watch monitor to bring heart rate in the appropriate zone
-Hanging Knee Raises are here to work on our grip endurance for farmer’s carry and sled pull
