For Time:
5:00 Min Ski or Row
10 Pull ups
20 DB Bench
40 Wall Balls
Continue Until 5,000 Meters are Complete

● Every round will start with a 5 Min Ski/Row (this is not an E5MOM)
● Continue rounds until 5000m are reached on the ski/row (Scale Distance to 3,000 if needed)
● Record meters after each 5 Min effort (you will have to do math!)
● Pull Ups should be STRICT- modify to Banded or Ring Rows if needed. It is ok to break these into sets
● If you can’t do 10 in 3 sets or less, lower the number of reps
● DB Bench Press should be heavy enough that you need to break the set of 20 into 2
sets
● 60 Minute Time Cap
