For Time:
– 100 Slam Balls
– 100 Burpees
– 100 Ground 2 Overhead w/ plate
Every 3 minutes partners run 100 m together.
*Partners can split reps however until 100 is complete
** Must complete all 100 reps before moving onto the next movement
