  1. I agree with you greig, and have seen other people on the web going after this same video. It is an atatck on a movement that people don’t even attempt to understand. The video doesn’t do a good job of explaining the movement. Being that Todd agrees, does that warrant an apology to the trainers and members of this gym?It also has nothing to do with crossfit, this is a single gym choosing to train what it does. Someone could be doing this same movement with a personal trainer at a Planet Fitness and it still would look like bad form when it isn’t.
