Absolutely not. Most people who book a Free Intro Session are beginners or getting back into fitness. We meet you where you are and tailor everything to your current ability.

Yes. The Intro Session is 100% free. There’s no obligation to sign up afterward and no pressure during or after your visit.

You’ll meet with a coach who will:


Talk through your goals
Explain how our programs and classes work
Walk you through basic movements
 Answer your questions
 Help you decide what the best next step is for you

 

It’s not a full workout unless you want it to be.

We use functional, CrossFit-style training, but everything is scalable. You don’t need experience, and you won’t be expected to keep up with anyone else.

Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes are perfect. Bring water and a positive attitude, we’ll take care of the rest.

Intro Sessions are typically 1-on-1 or very small group, depending on scheduling. The focus is on you, not throwing you into a large class.

Most sessions last about 30–45 minutes, depending on questions and how much movement you want to do.

Your coach will recommend a clear plan based on your goals and walk you through membership options if you’re interested. You’re never required to sign up.
