How I discovered coaching
I started CrossFit back in February of 2013 and haven’t looked back since. I have been a trainer for Crescent City CrossFit since 2014 and I am currently in school majoring in exercise physiology. I have always loved the idea that everyone has the potential to be great. I became a coach to express that idea. I love waking up every morning knowing that I have the opportunity to change peoples lives for the better. I am a movement fanatic!! I work hard to make sure that YOU work hard and to be apart of small special moments that can make someones day. I am constantly striving to become better at what I do, so that one day I can reach my goal and become the trainers trainer.
