MINI BURGERS
Tasty snack that kids and adults are sure to enjoy – via Nom Nom Paleo
- 1 pound frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion (from 1/2 medium onion)
- 1/2 pound Cremini mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup small-dice celery (from about 2 medium stalks)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
