Mobility – come in to work on a skill, get in a make-up workout done or to work on your mobility.
We can’t stress enough how much your Olympic lifting will improve once you address your lack of flexibility and mobility!
Increased ROM and correct positioning doesn’t happen overnight – we’ve got to constantly work on it!
